For over a century, Mayo Clinic has stood at the forefront of patient care, research, and innovation. Now, for the first time, it is launching a dedicated startup onboarding initiative for its accelerator program focused specifically on India. The Mayo Clinic Platform is seeking startups based in India that are building globally relevant health care solutions using data and/or AI to improve patient outcomes, health care management and administration, and transform healthcare by using AI and data to link discovery, patient care and health outcomes.

Accelerate: For Early-Stage Startups
This 30-week program track is built specifically for early-stage health tech startups aiming to become market-ready. The goal is to support these ventures in laying strong foundational blocks across clinical validation, product-market fit, early customer discovery, and go-to-market strategy. Through this program, founders receive expert guidance, access to Mayo Clinic’s domain knowledge, and introductions to investors and healthcare institutions. The Accelerate program helps early innovators sharpen their ideas through a mix of research collaboration, co-development opportunities, and digital health education. Mayo Clinic Platform does take some equity in the program.

Solutions Studio: For Growth-Stage Companies
For more mature startups that have already built strong solutions and are ready to scale, Mayo Clinic offers the Solutions Studio robust platform that supports in the development, validation, and deployment of solutions directly into clinical workflows. Startups accepted into this track can work directly with Mayo Clinic’s curated clinical records to validate their models, test deployment infrastructure, and move toward full-scale implementation. The access to real-world data for model development and validation. For this program, Mayo Clinic Platform charges a fee but considers the startup to be a formal partner of the Mayo Clinic.
